You can reach out to your Synctera Team representative, or select the "I’m a FinTech" option and then select that you’re a client.

Need to migrate a personal email to a corporate email?

To keep our security bulletproof, we aren’t currently supporting migration from one account to another. We recommend getting your new account access from your platform administrator or reach out to your Synctera Team epresentative.
